You might offer services instead of products. You can list your service, what it costs and your requirements. When your service offering is live, other players can hire you.
When you get hired you’ll get a notification and can either accept or decline the customer. Once you accept a customer, at the end of the task you can rate your customer and the customer can rate YOU.
