Torture room

You can keep someone in a torture room in order to gain information out of them or certain actions.

Remember that either the cops or their Criminal organization are looking for them so it’s only a matter of time they find you.

If cops find your torture room your Notoriety goes up by 30% and it will be closed down. You will have to find a new place to setup a torture room.

You can also choose to burn down the building before the cops find it in order to prevent your Notoriety to rise.
