You couldn’t give a fuck about Notoriety and the cops. You do what you want and do it loud. Everyone should do as you say! You stick together when you go out. The more people you have around you, the safer you are.

You run a private club house with a Safe, a bar and including a place to repair your motorcycles.

WARNING: This front is one of the hardest to operate and is pretty unforgiving.

Modifiers

Turf modifiers

The more Turf you have, the more businesses can sponsor you. You don’t get any (extra) modifiers.

Special actions

Actions that are related to your safe house type.

Roll out with the crew

You gain Notoriety and all the businesses in the turfs you drive through will have their Fear increased. The more members you drive with the more Notoriety and Fear is gained.

Tasks you can fulfill while rolling out with the crew:

  • Driving through enemy Turf.
    • + 50% higher chance to spot key locations.
    • - 100% chance of being noticed.
  • Annoy cops by tailing them.
  • You can ask businesses for sponsorships. The more members you have rolling out with you, the higher the chance they’ll pay the Sponsorship.
    • If this is in your Turf, you have a 50% higher chance of succeeding.
    • If this is your rivals Turf, you have a 25% lower chance of succeeding but will gain 15% more in Sponsorship if you succeed.
    • You can only perform this once per business every 30 in-game days.

Once started the action can be ended after 5 IRL minutes and will be ended when returning to the safe house.

Special jobs

Jobs that can be generated based on your safe house type.

Motorcycle repairs

You could either send a member or your in-house mechanic to this job.

Someone requests repairs for their motorcycle in exchange for Legal tender.

  • Obtain Vehicle parts.
  • Drive to the location.
  • Repair the motorcycle.

Towing

You could either send a member or your in-house mechanic to this job.

Someone is stranded but can’t be found by the cops so they are paying you to help them out in exchange for Legal tender. Either:

  • Fix their vehicle
  • Tow their vehicle and transport the person to a given location.

Repossession job

A vehicle needs to be repossessed, so why not you? You get paid in Legal tender.

  • Steal the vehicle.
  • Drive it to the drop off location.

Landing a high quality customer

High quality customers don’t deal with you for comfort, they deal with you because you are feared or because you get things done.

  • You’ll either get a opportunity on your job board:
    • To do a job for a high quality customer
    • That they are in town and you can “convince” them to make a deal with you.
      • They don’t want anything to do with you, but we do with them.
  • Once accepting the job on the job board, failing their given job or failing to pickup the “agreed” items grants the debuff “Failure”.

Job route

  • Meet up with the customer.
  • Make a deal.
  • Perform their given job, like:
    • Steal item/cargo/vehicle from docks/police station/military base and bring it to given location.

”Convincing” route

  • Kidnap the customer.
    • The customer is protected by a security detail and will resist.
    • The cops get either a call of a shootout or kidnapping depending on their security personnel.
  • Bring them to a torture room.
  • Through torture, you can force one of the following outcomes:
    • Make a deal.
      • They will make a more favorable deal then normal with you since your threatening them.
      • If they don’t like the deal you can still force it but it will be seen as a Demand a deal.
    • Demand a deal. ^demandadeal
      • You demand a deal out of him.
      • If you have to give some items, you first have to deliver these to a given location.
      • For every item type you request, you need to drive them to a different location for authentication of that item type. You’ll receive the item immediately.
      • The less favorable your deal is, the higher the resistance and danger at pickup locations.
    • Note: You CAN kill them if you torture them too much. Also the longer the customer is held, the higher the chance of external interference.
  • Once you have your items, let the customer go. You have no further need for them, they will find their own way back.

Sponsorship

Sometimes you have the options to request or receive a sponsorship. You will get Legal tender under the disguise of the context of what you’re doing.

For example: When on a roll out, you can requests sponsorships from businesses under the disguise of “keeping motorcycle hobbyist doing what they love doing”.
