Any criminal can get a safe house.
They will become a Criminal organization and will have to setup a safe house.
Performing illegal deals on safe house grounds gives you 50% less notoriety gain. Keep in mind that low to medium quality customer can create chaos that could attract cops. Normally illegal deals done at day time will have a penalty of 25% more Notoriety. You don’t gain extra Notoriety at night.
They gain access to Turf management and Turf war and the ability to buy infrastructure buildings like:
- Warehouses for storage.
- Drug labs, Plantations and Weapon bunkers for production.
- Hideouts to lay low in.
- Garages to store vehicle in.
- Underground hospital to either rent out or use by your Criminal organization members.
Fronts
You will need a front for your safe house. These have their own pros and cons. You pick a front when you setup a Criminal organization. You CAN switch but is costly, takes time and you might lose Turf.

Operational cost
Having such great safe house isn’t free. You’re paying rent! You might want to pay your members too. And you might want to hire an Informant or two. Or some other staff members. You might also need some vehicles.
