Running your Criminal organization out of a arcade looks like a smart way to stay under the radar but that also attracts a certain group of people. You have a backroom to store Heist assets with a Hideout in and a Safe in the office.
The backroom can store:
- 5x Ground vehicles
- 1x Sea vehicle
- 4x Warehouse-like storage spots
- 2x Human heist assets
- Will use up your safe house Hideout.
Those arcades can mask a small amount of Money laundering, who suspects an arcade?
Modifiers
- + Sell illegal goods on safe house property with higher profits. (cutting out the middle man)
- + Small amount of passive Money laundering.
- + Heist assets can be stored on-site without raising Notoriety.
- + Storing illegal items at safe house doesn’t generate Notoriety.
- + Only 1 member of staff required to operate the front of the safe house.
- If they are not available, the selling of illegal goods halts and low quality customers might get rowdy.
- + 20% lower base Notoriety.
- + 25% lower chance rival informant finds information.
- + 25% higher chance that rival informants gets caught.
- + 10% less Notoriety on an Infrastructure building.
- - Cannot launder large amounts of money.
- - Attracts only low quality customers for your illegal goods when selling on safe house property.
- You can still get higher quality customers outside of your safe house.
- - There higher the Notoriety the less you get from Money laundering.
- - Large or frequent logistical operations increase Notoriety, as the arcade is not suited for structured transport and distribution.
- This only applies to going “to” or “from” the safe house.
Turf modifiers
The more Turf you have, the more low quality customers you get. Per Turf you have under your control:
- + 10% lower dealer upkeep costs.
- + 5% less Notoriety when dealing with Heist assets.
- - More low quality customers that visit your safe house looking to buy stuff.
Landing a high quality customer
You can’t mix your high quality customer with your low quality ones so you’re gonna need to put in a lot of effort in order to make this work.
- Before you pick up the customer make sure you have a place for them to stay, this means breaking into a mansion far away from your safe house.
- You will also need to hire security for this mansion. 3 people will do.
- This counts towards the worker limit.
- Pick the customer and their security up at given location with a limo.
- Drive through 75% of your Turf (rounded down).
- Drive to the mansion.
- Make a deal.
- Once the deal is made you have 1 in-game day to move all the illegal product to given location.
- Once the deal is fulfilled you can retract your security personnel.
While you are fetching the goods for the deal you might need to reroute 911 calls so the cops don’t visit the broken in mansion.
