Worker

You can hire workers to automate simple tasks like:

• Logistics
• Productions buildings like Plantations, Weapon bunkers or Drug labs
• Security
• Informants

Limits

However you can’t just hire a bunch of workers into your criminal organisation. You need to be able to keep them under your control. You don’t want them stealing or leaking info about your Criminal organization, do you?

The amount of workers you can hire is calculated as follows: $WorkerLimit=\lfloor \frac{Members}{2}\rfloor -\lfloor \frac{Members}{10}\rfloor$

Having more then your worker limit allows gains you the debuff “Crew dilution”.

Replacements

When less then 50% of your Criminal organization is online you’ll start to gain replacement workers. These workers will do basic jobs. They won’t do it as good a job as real members but it’s better then nothing.

The amount you get is calculated as follows: $\text{ReplacementWorkers}=\lceil \frac{\text{MemberCount}}{2}\rceil \cdot (1-\lfloor \frac{\text{MembersOnline}}{\text{MemberCount}}\rfloor )$

These replacement workers do NOT take up a Worker slot.
