Reference to the John Wick franchise.
A group of criminals following a certain code of conduct which boils down to: “Honor among thieves” so no stealing from other High table members Rather make deals with each other or go to approved (by the Adjudicator) war.
Something to note is that this group is NOT a ruling group over all criminals. Just a group decided to follow a certain ruling to achieve bigger goals.
Benefits
When being a member of the High table it comes with certain benefits like:
- Access to illegal markets.
- Which sells drugs, weapons and gadgets.
- Requires Coins to buy items at.
- However their locations move a lot and not everything is in one place.
- Access to Underground hospitals.
- High table members owning these can rent them out for passive Coin income.
- There is always a NPC run Underground hospital available if no members have them but NPC Underground hospital cost more.
- Full usage of Neutral grounds.
- You could already visit it before but now you are protected here by the High table as well.
- Some Neutral grounds come in the form of a hotel which can be really useful to hide away from the cops or to stay somewhere when you have heat from rival Criminal organizations.
- When dealing with other High table members you can be assured that they won’t screw you over.
- It’s always possible but not without a penalty for them.

Requirements
There are 3 ways to join the High table.
Sponsorship
An existing high table member with a high enough reputation (thus having sponsorship privileges) can sponsor a Low table member for them to become a Probationary member.
Penalty for sponsors include but aren’t limited to:
- Sponsorship slot cooldown.
- Unable to sponsor another member for a certain time.
- Loss of sponsorship privileges.
- Will have to be re-earned.
- Trust loss.
- Coin frozen.
- Table contract access suspended.
- Forced to complete an enforcement contract to restore status.
Merit qualification
If you have merit and are following the rules even before you are even a member, this is an assured way to be invited to a Recognition hearing.
In order to qualify you need to have a Trust factor.
Contract service
This looks a bit like the Merit qualification path but this contract is either randomly generated or created by the Adjudicator.
A Table contract will be generated for Low table members to pick up. After 3 successful Table contract as a Low table member you will gain the status of Probationary member of the High table.
