Instead of 25% less Notoriety when Money laundering, you now have 25% more Notoriety on Illegal action.
You can turn the 25% more Notoriety to just base level notoriety (fall off) when Money laundering only 25% of your cap.
However there will be a 60% longer Money laundering time while you are under audit.
You will also receive a 50% faster Notoriety decrease while under audit.
To resolve this debuff, nobody of your CO should be caught by the cops. Arrests by cops will NOT decrease your Notoriety while under audit. When your notoriety is below x level the debuff is resolved.
